MEETING IN THE CLASSROOM, which includes:
1. The completion of the Perception of Study Strategies Questionnaire (QPSS).
The questionnaire investigates personal perceptions of 8 competences:
- the ability to collaborate with other people in work and learning
- managing heightened forms of anxiety
- self managing in work and learning
- managing reflective processes
- giving meaning to one's human and working existence
- the perception of one's own competences
- organising and managing study time
- fostering epistemic curiosity
2. The immediate individual return of the results of the questionnaire
3. The collective discussion and in-depth analysis to
- stimulate critical reflection on the returned scores and their meaning in terms of strengths and improvements
- present the initiatives envisaged by the project (individual interviews and workshops) and the calendar of activities
- answer any questions, doubts and curiosities
The meeting will last 60 minutes.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING upon request
You can request an in-person interview at the Guidance Office, at the Department of Educational Sciences, or remotely via Microsoft Teams.
The interview is preparatory to the definition of the activities proposed during the workshops, but is not compulsory. It is an initial moment of acquaintance that allows you to have a personalised space for confrontation, centred on your individual academic experience. It is possible to request more than one individual interview for the in-depth study of specific skills.
Each individual meeting lasts about 45 minutes.

LEARNING SKILLS LABS
These workshops are a space for discussion and experimentation, they are organised in continuity with each other, but it is not compulsory to attend all the meetings.
They are organised in small groups and include three meetings on topics related to:
1. Organisation and time management: planning and scheduling study time in order to support the achievement of long-term, medium-term and short-term academic objectives.
2. Learning strategies : strategies to be applied in everyday university life to stimulate reflection on the study methods used and the influence of emotions in studying and exam management.
3. Exam management: a space for discussion with tutors and the student community in order to address issues related to the study path and find answers to a variety of questions.
Workshops call for engagement and involvement through interactive group work and practical exercises on the proposed topics.
Each meeting will last 2 hours and 30 minutes.
